Short answer: LESCO Light — published by PITC (Power Information Technology Company) — is widely listed as LESCO’s official app for bill viewing, complaints, and new-connection tracking, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This site is an independent guide and is not affiliated with LESCO or PITC.
What the LESCO Light app does
- View your bill: see your current bill using your 14-digit reference number.
- Register complaints: report supply, billing or meter problems from your phone.
- Track a new connection: follow the status of a new-connection application.
How to download it safely
- Download LESCO Light only from its official listing on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Check that the developer shown on the listing is PITC before you install.
- Do not install APK files shared on WhatsApp, Facebook or other websites.
Beware of unofficial “LESCO bill” apps
App stores carry many third-party apps with LESCO or WAPDA in their names. They are not made by LESCO or PITC. Some show heavy ads, some ask for permissions they do not need, and some may collect your details.
- Check the developer name — if it is not PITC, treat the app as unofficial.
- Read recent reviews for complaints about ads, wrong bills or data requests.
- Never enter your CNIC, bank PIN or card details into a bill-check app.
- Do not pay anyone who promises to “reduce” your bill through an app.
No app? Other ways to check your bill
- Online: enter your reference number in the bill check box on our homepage.
- Duplicate copy: download a LESCO duplicate bill as a PDF.
- SMS: send your reference number to 8118.
- Helpline: call 0800-00118 for billing questions or 118 for outages.
Not sure where your reference number is? Our reference number guide shows every place it is printed. To pay, see our payment methods guide.
The bottom line
LESCO Light by PITC is widely listed as LESCO’s official app. Install it only from the official store listings, and skip look-alike apps from other developers.
