How to Submit a Complaint
Choose any of the four official channels below. Each method gives you a complaint reference number that you can use to track progress.
Call Helpline
- Dial 0800-00118 (toll-free, 24/7).
- Select your preferred language.
- Provide your 14-digit reference number.
- Explain the issue and request a complaint number.
Online Portal
- Visit the official LESCO website complaint section.
- Log in or enter your reference number as a guest.
- Select the complaint category and describe the issue.
- Submit and note the tracking ID for follow-up.
SMS Complaint
- Type COM <space> your 14-digit reference number.
- Add a brief description of the problem.
- Send to 8118 (LESCO SMS service).
- Receive an acknowledgment with tracking details.
Visit CSC
- Locate your nearest LESCO Customer Service Center.
- Carry your latest bill and CNIC copy.
- Fill out the complaint form at the counter.
- Collect the stamped receipt with complaint number.

Complaint Tracking Process
After filing a complaint, LESCO assigns a unique reference number. You can track status through:
- Call 0800-00118 and provide your complaint number to the agent.
- Use the online complaint tracker on the official LESCO portal.
- SMS your reference number to 8118 for automated status updates.
- Visit the Customer Service Center where you filed the complaint.

Solution: Report via 118 immediately. Install a voltage stabilizer as temporary protection.
Meter reading not taken for months
Solution: Call 0800-00118 and request manual reading or meter inspection.
New connection application delayed
Solution: Visit the local subdivision office with your application copy for status update.
Wrong name or address on bill
Solution: Submit name/address correction form with CNIC copy at CSC or online.
