lescobillonline.com is an independent consumer-help site for LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company) customers in Punjab, Pakistan. We are not affiliated with LESCO, PITC or NEPRA. Every official action — payment, complaint, new-connection application — should be completed on the official government portal linked in each guide.

How we research

Tariff slabs, taxes, fuel-price adjustment (FPA), quarterly-tariff adjustment (QTA), peak-hour timings and subsidy rules are taken from primary government sources: NEPRA notifications, Power Division circulars, LESCO's consumer portal and Ministry of Energy announcements. We cite the source on the page whenever a number, rate or rule is quoted.

Review cadence

• Tariff pages (unit rates, calculators, slab breakdowns) — reviewed monthly and after every NEPRA notification.
• Procedural guides (bill check, duplicate bill, complaints, SMS registration) — reviewed every 90 days.
• Blog posts — reviewed at least once every 12 months; the "last updated" date reflects the most recent editorial review.

Author & reviewer standards

Content is written and reviewed by the lescobillonline.com editorial team, which combines Pakistani consumers, energy-tariff researchers and web accessibility contributors. Every money page (bill check, duplicate bill, calculators, slab pages, protected-user rules) is reviewed by at least one editor other than the writer before publication.

Corrections policy

If you spot an error — an outdated tariff, a broken official link, a mis-stated rule — email us at contact via the contact page. We aim to correct verifiable errors within 48 hours and add a visible "corrected on" note when a change is material.

Advertising & independence

The site is supported by display advertising and does not receive money from LESCO, PITC or any political body. Editorial decisions are independent of advertising and no advertiser has approval over what we publish about tariffs, subsidies or complaint procedures.

User privacy
