LESCO Bill Estimator 2026

A slab-accurate LESCO electricity bill estimator with peak-hour units, FPA, quarterly adjustment, GST and PTV fee — free on lescobillonline.com.

The LESCO Bill Estimator on lescobillonline.com turns your monthly units into a rupee amount that closely tracks the printed WAPDA bill. Unlike a plain unit-to-rupee calculator, the estimator applies the correct slab progression, peak-hour uplift for time-of-use meters, Fuel Price Adjustment (FPA), NEPRA's quarterly tariff adjustment and the standard residential taxes (GST, Electricity Duty, PTV fee). Use it before you pay, before you install extra appliances, or when you are planning a switch to net-metering solar.

LESCO Bill Calculator — How It Works

Our LESCO electricity bill calculator uses the latest Nepra-approved slab rates, fuel price adjustments (FPA), quarterly tariff adjustments and applicable taxes to give you an accurate estimate of your monthly bill. Whether you're a protected residential consumer, a small business on a commercial tariff, or running an industrial connection — this WAPDA bill calculator covers every common scenario in Pakistan.

How is my electricity bill calculated in Pakistan?+

Bills are calculated slab-by-slab. Each consumed unit falls into a price band, then FPA, quarterly adjustment, GST 18%, electricity duty 1.5% and TV fee are applied on top of energy charges.

What is a protected consumer?+

A residential user who stayed at or below 200 units for the last 6 consecutive months. Protected consumers pay much lower rates and are exempt from GST.

What is FPA and Quarterly Adjustment?+

FPA (Fuel Price Adjustment) reflects changes in fuel cost. Quarterly Adjustment is the Nepra-approved tariff revision passed on to consumers every quarter.

Can I use this for WAPDA, IESCO, FESCO bills?+

Yes — slab structure is similar across DISCOs. Numbers will be a close estimate for IESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, MEPCO and PESCO bills as well.

How the estimator builds your bill

Every LESCO residential bill is assembled from the same seven blocks. The estimator computes them in order and shows the running total so you can see exactly where your money goes.

1. Slab-wise energy charge

Units are billed at the slab your total consumption reaches — cross a ceiling and the whole month is re-priced at the higher slab.

2. Peak-hour uplift

Time-of-use meters bill peak units (typically 6–10 pm) at a higher rate. The estimator adds the difference on top of the slab rate.

3. FPA — Fuel Price Adjustment

A per-unit rupee value published monthly by NEPRA. Can be positive (extra charge) or negative (refund).

4. Quarterly adjustment

A separate per-unit rupee value notified every quarter to true-up capacity and fuel costs.

5. GST (17–18%)

Applied on the taxable subtotal. Protected residential consumers are exempt.

6. Electricity Duty 1.5%

Provincial duty on the variable energy portion of the bill.

7. Fixed charges

Meter rent, PTV fee (Rs 35) and — for higher bills — withholding income tax.

Sample estimate — 400 units, non-protected

A worked example so you can compare against your own bill.

Slab 1 (1–100 × Rs 23.59) = Rs 2,359

Slab 2 (101–200 × Rs 30.07) = Rs 3,007

Slab 3 (201–300 × Rs 34.26) = Rs 3,426

Slab 4 (301–400 × Rs 39.15) = Rs 3,915

FPA (400 × Rs 1.50) = Rs 600

Quarterly adj (400 × Rs 1.20) = Rs 480

GST 17% ≈ Rs 2,342

Electricity Duty 1.5% ≈ Rs 207

PTV fee = Rs 35

Estimated total ≈ Rs 16,371

Rates shown are indicative. Always cross-check against the current NEPRA schedule of tariff.

When to use the estimator vs. the quick calculator

Use the quick LESCO bill calculator when you only need a slab-based energy charge — for example, checking whether adding a new refrigerator will push you into the next slab. Use this advanced estimator when you want a number that matches your printed WAPDA bill, including peak-hour uplift and taxes. If you are a protected LESCO consumer, toggle the "protected" switch to drop GST from the calculation.
